The Thai restaurant chain Neds Noodle Bar kept their restaurants open throughout lockdown by converting them to 100 per cent takeaway and delivery.
In addition to being take-away only, Neds have also put their cooking sauces on sale on Amazon, provided a 50% discount to key-workers, and put a lot of emphasis on retraining their staff to be more efficient and think safety first in these times.
